Close to everything we needed, this hotel is conveniently located on a main dual carriageway, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. We particularly enjoyed the short 15-minute drive to the nearby Colchester zoo, a perfect day out for families. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were well-equipped, with a very good shower over the bath in the en-suite bathroom, and the breakfast provided was satisfying.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Colchester, which was perfect for us as it meant we were close to everything we needed but away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities in the room, including a very good shower over the bath in the en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast offered was satisfying and helped us start our day off right.
No major issues, everything was okay.

The hotel provided free tea and coffee which was great. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the location was excellent, with easy access to the motorway and a petrol station with different options for food nearby.
The room was basic and lacked any special features, making it feel a little overpriced. the soundproofing in the rooms was not as good as we expected, which made it hard to have a good night's sleep.

The hotel offers free parking, which was great for our Easter getaway. The location was ideal for us as it was a short drive away from Colchester and other nearby attractions. the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The WiFi was not great and kept cutting out, which was inconvenient. the breakfast left a lot to be desired as the options were limited and not very appetizing.
